I decided to wait a month for the review after four hypnotherapy sessions with Julia. I know I have had real results now that it is more than 30 days. I can report that I have not had nicotine since a moment before our first session.
Drinking has slowed to a crawling pace where often my third drink is half finished on the bench in the morning. Two weeks was more than half a recycling back of empties. This fortnight it was two shopping bags. Around three weeks I was swooshing away nicotine cravings quite a lot. It was like crunch time. I did not give in.
I can enjoy things without taking them to excess now also. And now my taste and smell are coming back. Booze is tasting pretty yuck anyway.
It hasn't all been easy. Though between the medication, the mindset, and your hypnotherapy techniques... mission accomplished.
Things are excellent. I'm free again. Nicotine is a pest and I'm glad to be rid of it.

My long journey to give up smoking has come to a very surprising end, all thanks to Julia.
As skeptical as I was I had trust in Julia so decided to give hypnosis a try.
After the first session I felt completely different about smoking. But in defiance I tried to light up a cigarette first thing the following morning. To my great surprise after only one puff I had to put it out because I couldn’t stand the taste or smell. I was totally amazed by this turn around.
After the second session my repulsiveness was even stronger. I woke up the next day and the last thing on my mind was smoking. I didn’t think about it again until a friend offered me a cigarette, to my surprise and her’s I clearly stated that I do not smoke anymore. And even more surprising was that I was able to continue talking to my friend while they finished their cigarette without any craving at all. In fact I hated the smell it left on my clothes and in my hair, it was so strong, like I’ve never smelt before.
Im now looking forward to a third session with Julia to seal the deal that I am now a Non Smoker. I can already feel the benefits in my body. I feel fresher and cleaner and even my breathing has improved in a short time.
I highly recommend Julia to anyone who is struggling to give up smoking and who is ready to kick the bad habit forever.

I've not always had a great relationship with food. I had noticed a friend’s weight loss and she recommended me to Julia who was doing hypnosis to help with weight loss. All my life I have been addicted to chocolate; I could not live a day without sweets. I learned that Julia does amazing things using hypnosis with women who want to give up certain eating habits. I myself had never tried hypnosis and was very skeptical about such sessions.
And here is our first online lesson. I'm on the bed, Yulia is watching me from the screen. And here the inexplicable magic begins. I cease to control my body, hear Julia’s words and obey. After the session, I could only look at the chocolate with disgust. Then there was the 2nd session online. I didn't need any more! Now I eat one chocolate a day (previously it was 3 with a cup of coffee in the morning and 3 chocolates in the evening).
